Ms Kala Mohan is having experience of around 34 years in the field of School Education and Training. She is Post Graduate in ENGLISH LITERATURE, EDUCATION, SOCIOLOGY, PERSONNEL MANAGEMEN (HR) first rank in University, AND PSYCHOLOGY, She has also done PGDCS, PGDDE, PGPDSE (RCI registered Special Educator), INTERNATIONAL NLP PRACTITIONER . She has headed three CBSE schools of MP as Principals.

Presently she is holding the position of Senior Academic Advisor and Educational Consultant to few schools , also the part of Academic Audit,Curriculum Development and Planning, Training of all stake holders from School Education. visited more than 300 organisations across country and abroad including Tanzania , Malaysia, Lagos and Malta (Europe) and trained around 30000 trainees from schools, social sector and corporate sector including NGOs, Hospitals, Banks, industries too. She is the PIONEER of PARWARISH ( Smart and Effective Parenting Programme ) and reached to around three lakhs parents in last two decades. 

Her passion to bring and spread HAPPINESS amidst the children of this EARTH PLANET she has come up with two NGOs ( ANAHITA & NIDAAN) working with communities in the field of Education, Health and Environment and Mental Health. NIDAAN INCLUSIVE SCHOOLs in BHOPAL and Indore is having
CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDs . They are being provided all services under one roof like PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, SPEECH THERAPY, ADL, ACADEMICS, EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING, LIFE SKILLS, PRE VOCATIONAL SKILLS etc. Counselling Services also provided at center.
Till date she has counselled thousands of students, and people across the country.
